2. Prescription and Optical Products

By placing an order for prescription eyewear, you represent and warrant that the prescription information you submit is valid and was provided to you by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and refuse fulfilling orders that we cannot verify or that appear invalid.

3. Purchases and Payments

We may use third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

4. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, they are non-refundable unless defective or manufactured incorrectly by us. Non-prescription items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused condition and their original packaging.
